Dear Hanna,

I’ve been really enjoying the sun room addition to my bedroom and the bathroom remodel now provides increased safety for my phsyical limitations. Now that I’m approaching my 84th birthday the work you managed has made a real difference to the quality of my life, also I should mention to my little Boston Terrier’s life. Brutus love sto sit in my comfy chair in the sun room, at times I have to reward him with a treat to move him to his bed on the footstool so I can sit down. We both enjoy the garden and the natural light helps me in reading and doing my crossword puzzles.

Your constant attention to details and keeping everything flowing so the project was completed on schedule with a minimum disruption to me was much appreciated.

Most of all, I wish to thank you for your very kind and considerate heart. With all my health issues you made sure that you were there to be a friend, going far beyond what the nature of our business contract required from you. You are a compassionate and dear person. I wish you well in all your future endeavors.
